According to reports, in the past three weeks, Russian and American officials have discussed the contents of the list through online and offline talks. However, the specific requirements listed by the Russian side have not yet been made public, and there is no consensus on whether the Russian side will hold peace talks with the Ukrainian side before the requirements are accepted.
Regarding this, Russian Presidential Press Secretary and Kremlin spokesperson Peskov responded on the 13th. Peskov said, 'I cannot confirm or comment. I can only reiterate that there are many false reports, and only a small portion of them are true,' while calling for attention to official news. This response has added to the confusion surrounding Russia's submission of a "list of demands".

He also added, 'We plan to have contact with the US in the near future and hope to obtain all the information by then.'. This indicates that Russia is cautious about the ceasefire proposal and has not made a clear statement until a comprehensive understanding of the situation is obtained.
